Hey! I'm Claire and I learnt the hard way that creativity and business don't always mix...
In early 2020 I found myself in a Covid lockdown homeschooling a 7 year old with cerebral palsy, with a newborn in my arms and a toddler on my hip, and trying to run an online creative business.
Like for many working parents in that time, it was TOUGH!
I found myself stressed, resentful and ultimately, not moving forward in any area of my life.
As with most difficut things, eventually you have to admit that things need to change, and my journey led me to EFT Tapping.
After one session I was hooked. Because quite simply it works!
